Our villas

The villas are perfect for two couple or families and are surrounded by beautiful landscaped garden for a truly tropical feel. There is a baby bed in each house, suitable for the toddler. Extra beds for children are provided on request. Baby cots and baby chairs are also available. All bedrooms have air-condition. For those who prefer to sleep with open doors and windows, to let in the sounds of the night and the smooth Thai air, we have mounted mosquito-nets and fans over the beds. We recommend that breakfast is enjoyed on the terrace. What you need for an easy in-house breakfast will be provided on your request. If you prefer a restaurant, the first one is just below us and you will find many more all the way to the beach.

Each villa has:

  • 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and space for extra bed for kids.
  • 2 bathrooms with open or semi open air showers.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and all you need for cooking at home.
  • Living room with TV and relax furnitures.
  • Terrace of 78 m2 with dining area, relax area and sun bath areas

Free drinking water from an environmentally  friendly, recyclable tank. We provide daily housekeeping and free wifi.

Our name, Baan Kantiang See

The word “Baan”, means “home” in Thai language, “KanTiang”, is the area name and “See”, is the Thai word for “colour”. So, actually our name means “KanTiang colour homes”.

Villa design and exterior colours are the same for all villas, but for interior colours, you will find a colour theme reflecting the villa name.

Reception Services

Reception is open from 8:00 in the morning to 7:00 in the evening.  

  • A variety of food and wine, soft drinks and fresh ground coffee can be purchased at the reception.
  • Take-away food from restaurants selected from a menu is delivered to your villa within one hour.
  • We offer airport transfer, taxi, tuk-tuk, tours and excursions.
  • We arrange car,motorbike and bike rental.
  • Massage (in the house or in the village).
  • In-house chef for preparing and serving food can be ordered.
  • Market shopping can be arranged.
