How do I get a quotation?
Go to the booking and complete the first part of the booking process. This will give you a quotation which you can amend as often as you want by going back to start page.
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation you must complete the online booking and pay the deposit request.
What is the minimum reservation period?
The minimum reservation period is 3 nights, but 1 night for drop-in costumers.
Chosen villa can be changed! Since we might need the opportunity to change to another villa when the booking situation would require it.
But you do have the possibility to avoid that, if marked and commented during booking. All houses are identical and have a great view!
Until 11 months before your stay Villas may be reserved by the owner,so booking prior to that might result in a change of house even if marked and commented.
What is the reservation deposit ?
The deposit is 20% of the total cost of the accommodation.
When do I need to make the Balance Payment?
Full payment is required by arrival.
What if I need to make a cancellation or early check out?
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail/Fax. The cancellation will be effective from the time the e-mail is received. Cancellation charges are:
• within 48 hours is free of charge
• more than 3 months before arrival: we charge 10% (half deposit)
• less than 3 months before arrival: we charge 20% (full deposit)
• No show or early check out gives no refund
Where will the refunds be made?
Refunds will be made to the account from which the payment was received.
How do I make a payment?
By PayPal trough E-mail requests
What time is check in and check out?
Check out is 1200. Late check out may be available; please ask when you make your booking. Check in time is 1500.
Where can I get internet access?
Each villa has free cabled and Wi-Fi connection. (And a Computer)
Can I drink tap water in Thailand?
It is not advisable to drink unfiltered water in Thailand. Bottled water is widely available.
How do I get to Krabi?
The easiest way to get to Krabi is by air arriving at Krabi International airport. Many more flights arrive in Phuket International Airport.
Where are the nearest medical facilities?
There are basic medical facilities available in Koh Lanta, for serious cases an emergency helicopter evacuation can be ordered from Phuket international hospital.
Can I hire a car in Thailand?
Most car rental companies will allow drivers to hire a car with their domestic driving license, but it is recommended (and the law in Thailand) that an international driving license is also presented.
What is the domestic electrical voltage in Thailand?
Electrical voltage in Krabi is 220v, and power outlets are 2-pin sockets. European adapters are available at supermarkets, airports or other shops.
Do I need vaccinations if visiting Thailand?
We recommend you consult a travel physician before visiting any foreign country so that they can advise you on your own personal situation. No vaccinations are required for visiting Thailand.
Is there Malaria in Krabi?
There is no malaria in Krabi. You may need protection against mosquito and insect bites, particularly in the early evening and at night when they are most active.
Do I need a visa to enter Thailand?
EU citizens, Australian and North American citizens can get a 30-day tourist visa on arrival in Thailand.
